Since 2003 PROTEA was cooperating with Aker Solutions company, previously named Aker Kvaerner.

On Aker Solutions' request Protea:

• assists in finding the potential subcontractors/ suppliers
of e.g. steel structures, piping, vessels, mechanical components,
ship and deck equipment,
• participates in establishing business contacts,
technical settlements and commercial negotiations with Polish contractors
• conducts technical inspection and supervision in the factories located in Poland
• assures full organizational assistance to AS representatives travelling to Poland.
