Protea offers BOP (Blow-Out-Preventer) units for the new generation drilling rigs. These valves are still growing in weight and size. Currently they have already reached weights of 400 tonnes and even more. So as to meet industry market needs Protea produces BOP cranes with lifting capacity of 550T and the height of 30m. At this moment, we are in the process of designing and producing 8 orders for this type of equipment.
