PROTEA has implemented and certified the Quality Management System according to ISO 9001:2000 which has helped the company prove its reputation as a valuable and reliable partner in business.
We are especially proud of a successful certification process completed within only 10 months without any external consultants’ input!
In that time we prepared a map of the Company’s internal processes and described them in the following formal documents: the Quality Manual, the Procedures and Instructions to identify all the activities potentially affecting both the quality assurance process and in the consequence of it to our Customers’ satisfaction.
We can make our quality system documentation available to the third parties on request.
We are determined to prove the saying: “A satisfied Customer is a guaranty of growing co-operation.”
PROTEA aims at supplying goods and services complying with the Customers’ requirements and, moreover, to exceed these expectations. Achieving this target is only possible by getting organizational perfection, thanks to effective cooperation of the whole PROTEA team, as well as responsible and conscious approach of the individual members of the Company’s staff to the work they perform.
PROTEA is committed to operate up to the high standards common for the offshore and maritime industry and to contribute to making these standards generally applicable by putting high requirements and sharing their experience with own suppliers and subcontractors.
PROTEA pays particular attention to the following issues:
BHP (HSE) – care for assuring safe and comfortable work conditions in accordance to the international standards,
Environment Protection – care for the natural environment and its resources, it is our aim to effectively manage these resources, in particular materials and power, and to reduce the adverse impact of economic activities of PROTEA on the environment.
