STEEL STRUCTURES AND MACHINE ELEMENTS DELIVERIES
PROTEA delivers special steel structures for:
• oil & gas, refining and chemicals industry (pipe racks, supporting structures),
• civil engineering (including bridge sections),
• shipbuilding industry (hull sections and blocks).
PROTEA delivers structures and mechanical elements according to the Customers’ technical documentation or undertakes to prepare it.
Each stage of production process is supervised by the Protea Inspectors. They watch over the conformity with the manufacturing schedule and approved documents. Protea implements the whole and partial deliveries. We guarantee complex and professional logistic assistance such as: transportation, shipping documents, custom clearance and others.
Technology
In our newly built Factory there is a double-burner CNC Cutting Machine made by Eckert Company (table dimensions: 2,5x12m). It lets us cut curvilinear and rectilinear elements.
Protea owns also Blasting Chamber (28x7.5m – width, 6 m – height) that is used for preparing the surface of the construction before painting process. Steel shot is used in the process of cleaning to the Sa 3 class.
The welders employed by Protea have high documented qualification approved by Classification Society DNV.
