FOLLOW UP AND EXPEDITING, OTHER TECHNICAL SERVICES

PROTEA provides a comprehensive range of technical services including inspections and production supervision, audits of manufacturing companies and releasing independent analysis on the Polish industrial market.

Inspectors employed or permanently cooperating with PROTEA perform specific supervisions and inspections in the areas of:

• structures & welding
• NDT
• surface protection
• hydraulics
• electrical/instrumentation equipment
• mechanical equipment

We can supervise the whole production process or just particular stages of manufacturing or we can check the chosen control points only.

Protea Inspectors are very experienced. Their qualifications are proved by many Certificates, for example: IWI – International Welding Inspector, IWE - International Welding Engineer.

Inseparable part of each supervisor's job is verification of the Quality Plans and preparing of the Inspection Reports.
Moreover, our Customers are informed about the production progress, in the form and in the frequency compatible with their demands.

Protea takes part in vary laboratory tests, including supervision of welding procedures or welders' qualification tests, hydraulic equipment examination or load and performance.

Our inspectors work according to the following standards: ASME, NORSOK, API, EN, DIN, BS, NACE and the classification societies’ rules: DNV, ABS and directives: PED, MD.

The outstanding professional profile combined with the international experience allow our inspectors to perform efficiently:

• production documentation control,
• production personnel qualification verification,
• verification of the procedures applied,
• control and monitoring of the fabrication process for the conformity with the Customer’s requirements

Taking care of the quality we monitor the progress of work and we supervise the conformity with Client's requirements.
